Foreigners beware

Since the first post, forgot to mention that the employees being conned were almost all foreigners. Why? Just because the Director looks for advantage to exploit those foreign students, such as paying low salaries, avoiding taxes due to no contracts and so on. other remunerations such as medical assistance, transportation refund, year bonuses and increments arent even cared at all from that company..

BEWARE, if you are a foreigner and got an interview with that company, restrict yourself. Otherwise you might be in trouble too.

Avoid dealing with the abovenamed company and all of its services..

First off, i received a few emails from some friends a couple of weeks back and heard that they have been conned and not paid for like 6 months in a row.

Upon hearing that, wished i could help, but im too far away.

So here is what happened.

Some of my friends ended up working with this company and things were going fine until an excuse from the Director came up, saying that he started to have money problems and so on, and that if those employees could support, things will be good and later they will receive their salary. Little did they know that they were dealing with a con artist, who was trying to lure them into believing many stuffs.

Before the end of last year, one of the employees needed money and asked for it. Things turned out so bad that the Director (Ahmad shaharudin Bin Latiff) started to mention that there is no cash flow as the projects at hands havent been completed, and started to blame that the employees are being too slow and so on.

But, wait!! The employees work to get paid, it is the duty of the director to find the funds to pay the salary. How could that dude do such a thing??

What do you people think? This is so unfair.
